We want you to treasure your purchase forever, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn timepieces and jewelry in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved items and resized rings are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your item in its original presentation box, including all certificates of authenticity and warranty cards, and pack it securely in a shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Prepaid Label

  Print and attach the complimentary insured shipping label provided via email to ensure your high-value parcel is fully protected during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
